We handled the complete electrical installation for a newly constructed 3-bedroom beach house near the famous Cloud 9 surfing break. The owner requested a future-proof setup, so we installed a solar-ready main panel with a dedicated sub-panel for a planned rooftop PV system. All outdoor fixtures are marine-grade rated to withstand the salt air environment. The project included garden path lighting, a security floodlight system, and USB-equipped outlets throughout.
